Art Programs & Exhibits

All our art programs are open to the public. (There may be material fees.)

Art Gallery

Local artists are invited to schedule an exhibit in our downstairs Art Gallery. The Gallery is an open space above our public computers, two walls (approximately 18 ft. and 13 ft.) with a gallery rail system, 19 wires, 30 hooks. Space is available for 20-25 artworks, depending on size. Two-dimensional hanging work only (see Display Case option for three-dimensional work). Scheduled on a monthly basis. Contact the Adult Services Department for more information and scheduling. (*We are not currently hosting open houses or gatherings at this time.)

Display Cases

Patrons are invited to schedule space in our Display Cases, located on the upper floor. Three glass-fronted cases, three shelves, locking, are available on a monthly basis. Contact the Adult Services Department for information and scheduling.

Open Watercolor Sessions 

Thursdays at 10:00am. Meets weekly spring and fall.

Join like-minded watercolor artists for an open session of painting (no direct instruction). For more information, contact Maggie Wood through the Adult Services Department at the Library. 412-486-0211.
