Meet the Author Returns! Sharon Dilworth and Natasha Garrett– Tuesday, September 25, 6:30pm

From personal essays on the modern migration experience to an intimate look at living in Pittsburgh, you won’t want to miss these local authors discussing their experiences and viewpoints as expressed in these fascinating works.

Sharon Dilworth is an award-winning fiction author and an associate professor at Carnegie Mellon University. Her newest book Two Sides, Three Rivers, is a collection of stories that take place in Pittsburgh.

Natasha Garrett was born and raised in Macedonia and lives in Pittsburgh, PA, where she serves as a Director of International Student Services at La Roche College. Her new book Motherlands is a heartfelt look into migration both as a global phenomenon and as a deeply intimate experience.
