ColorFALL Leaves in Colored Pencil: 6 Session Botanical Drawing Class– Begins September 25

Interested in trying your hand at drawing? This art class may be for you! A six-session Botanical Drawing Class at SNHL for adults with
Robin Menard, teacher and botanical illustrator , beginning Tuesday, September 25, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

This time of year, there is color everywhere! Come and learn to draw leaves in colored pencil with teacher and botanical illustrator Robin Menard. No experience or special skills are needed, just the desire to capture the beautiful colors of the season.

Robin shares her love of nature and art by capturing botanicals in graphite, ink, watercolor and colored pencil. She is a core botanical illustration certificate instructor at Phipps Conservatory and   an American Society of Botanical Artists and Allegheny Highlands Botanical Art Society member.       Robin is also a communications, marketing and graphic design professional.

Bring a graphite pencil and a set of 12 Prismacolor pencils to the first class. All other supplies will be provided.

Cost: $50.00 for 6 sessions: Tuesdays 9/25, 10/9, 10/23, 10/30, 11/6, 11/13

The class is limited to 15 people and you must register and pre-pay for the series.
